After The 1975 released their self-titled debut in 2013, they spent 2015 mostly recording this follow-up, which was released in 2016. I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It (the full name of the album) was recorded & mixed at Ravenscourt Studios in London & The Ranch in Woodland Hills, CA. Several publications, including Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and The Guardian, listed it as one of the best albums of 2016. It topped the charts in the UK and US, and the box set received a nomination for Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package at the 2017 Grammy Awards.
